If you want to enjoy the early access of the Diablo 4 beta but you don’t care to pre-order, Blizzard has another opportunity for you, as long as you’re hungry.
A collaboration with Kentucky Fried Chicken lets you earn a code for the early access of the beta as long as you order a Double Down or any eligible sandwich in the US. at KFC.com or via the KFC App.
The offer is available between today and March 18, but you won’t be able to take advantage of it on third-party ordering platforms or in KFC’s own restaurants. If you do everything right, you’ll receive your code via the email you’ll provide at the time of purchase.
The early access of the beta starts on March 17, so you have a few days to get your code, albeit the wording of the offer imply that there may be limited quantities available. A second phase of the beta, open to all, will kick off on March 24.
You’ll be able to enjoy three classes, Barbarian, Rogue, and Sorcerer, and progress up to level 25. It’s worth mentioning that all created characters and progress will be deleted after the beta and won’t transfer to the full game.
Diablo 4 will fully release for PC, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, and PlayStation 4 on June 6, 2023. You can also check out a recent video about the game and more information about the beta.
Recently, we also saw a live-action trailer to publicize the beta, filmed in a deconsecrated church in France, decorated by the purpose by a famous artist.
