Level Infinite and Hotta Studio released another trailer showcasing the next Simulacrum who will be released via gacha in its anime-style MMORPG Tower of Fantasy.
Following Fiona’s reveal a few days ago, this time around we get a more specialized trailer focusing on showing her model and her skills. We also take a look at her alternate costume.
If you’re unfamiliar with her, she’s a support-type SSR simulacrum and she’s voiced in Japanese by Manaka Iwami, who plays Bridget in Guilty Gear Strive, Ingrid in Fire Emblem: Three Houses, and Amber in Genshin Impact.
We already know that she’ll be added to the game’s gacha on April 27 as the third simulacrum of the cycle of the recently-released update numbered 2.4 and titled “Under the Grand Sea.”
You can check her out in action below.
If you’re unfamiliar with the concept of Simulacrums, they are unlockable characters that players can swap to, changing to their fighting style, weapons, and abilities. They’re the foundation of the game’s gacha system.
Tower of Fantasy is free-to-play with optional microtransactions and currently available for PC, iOS, and Android, including a recently-released Steam version. Its developers have been rather consistent in updating it with new content since its release, and recently we saw the addition of many simulacra like Annabella, Alyss, Alyss, Umi, Fenrir, Lan, and Icarus to the growing roster.
If you’re interested in the game, it’s a sci-fi MMORPG set on the far-away planet Aida, devastated by a cataclysm that destroyed most of the colony established by mankind centuries before. The players have to survive in this hostile environment among the ruins of civilization against increasingly aggressive and mutated monsters, while exploring a mysterious story full of intrigue and adventure.
Recently, we also heard that Tower of Fantasy is getting mobile ray tracing support.
